About the Role

The role of the Healthcare Assistant/ Carer Driver is to develop, maintain, and provide an effective and professional

care service to the Service Users by best practices and legislative requirements. At all times, the Healthcare assistant

must reflect the policies and procedures and the standards under the direction of the Senior Carer/Care Coordinator. The

role is diverse and involves many elements not only limited to the day-to-day care of our service users, including but

not limited to;

- Supporting and enabling Service Users to maintain skills and personal interests whilst delivering person-centred care
