Job Description

The Healthcare Support Worker (HCSW) will work within a community-based homecare service, supporting adults and older

adults with mental health needs, learning disabilities and autism. The post holder will provide direct care within

individuals’ homes, supporting with personal care, daily living tasks, emotional wellbeing and the implementation of

personalised care plans. The aim of the role is to promote safety, independence, dignity and quality of life, enabling
