We are seeking to recruit a number of Healthcare Support Workers who will develop skills in supporting many differing

conditions associate with the older person and the younger frail adult work closely with all members of the

multi-disciplinary team to promote a positive patient journey.

You will be joining well established and experienced nursing teams and you will demonstrate a keen interest and

motivation for caring for the older person and rehabilitation.
