About the Role

Demonstrates awareness of own professional responsibilities and upholds the PRIDE values consistently. To demonstrate

effective, clear and accurate communication with patients and their families, to ensure they are kept up to date with

the plans for care. To act as a positive role model at all times. To understand duty of candour and speak with senior

colleagues to discuss further if required. To contribute to the development of local protocols and guidelines. To

identify patients at risk of skin damage i.e., moisture lesions, pressure ulcers, skin tears and be able to document

skin condition and escalate to a registered professional. To demonstrate accurate completion of patient documentation on
