About the Role

NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent Experience of working with people with complex health needs.

Knowledge of health of primary care, mental health and addiction support and an ability to work across these areas under

supervision. Knowledge of nursing procedures and practices. Ability to work on own and as part of a team. Able to
