About the Role

Newham Hospital is seeking to recruit a Band 3 Healthcare Support Worker (HCA) to join our Medical Wards team,

specifically Thistle Ward (Care of the Elderly).

This opportunity is open to both experienced Healthcare Support Workers and individuals who are new to care. Candidates

who are new to care will receive structured support to complete the Band 3 competencies and will progress into a Band 3

role within six months upon successful completion of all required competencies. Until competencies are achieved,

successful applicants will be appointed at a Band 2 salary.
