inpatient ward team as a Healthcare Support Worker.

Working on the Acute Frailty Admissions ward, the successful candidate will work closely with the ward team (nurses,

medical staff and allied health professionals) to ensure the patients on our ward receive the highest standard of care

on the inpatient unit.
