About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Integrated Heart Failure Service at Liverpool University Hospital Foundation

NHS Trust based on the Royal Site. We are seeking a highly motivated individual with excellent interpersonal and

communication skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development of a cohesive management

programme for patients with heart failure in line with local and national guidelines. The service will operate 7 days

per week and requires flexibility working within an evolving proactive, dynamic and committed multidisciplinary Heart

failure Team
