About the Role
Welcome and support families at the hospice by assisting with refreshments, light admin and helping maintain a calm,
tidy environment.
Key activities:
* Welcoming families and visitors to the hospice and directing to the relevant team
* Helping families with their belongings to and from their vehicles
* Providing drinks and refreshments to families, as well as nurses and staff on shift
