Hepatitis Clinical Nurse Specialist
About the Role
Effectively manage a highly complex clinical caseload, prioritizing needs and ensuring that a quality service is
provided. Planning and implementing care for patients undergoing assessment and treatment of viral hepatitis. Act as an
independent and supplementary prescriber within own area of expertise. Work as a member of the multi-professional team
at appropriate consultant clinics, providing specialist advice and support. The clinical nurse specialists in HIV and
viral hepatitis work very closely together to support each other and at times work with the HIV cohort may form part of
this role. To practice autonomously within nurse-led clinics delivering highly specialised care across acute, community
