About the Role
The NHS in England has an ambition to reduce the levels of hepatitis C and hepatitis B transmission to improve public
health outcomes. Which will contribute to the World Health Organisation (WHO) 2030 goals of the elimination of viral
hepatitis as a public health threat.
As Public Health England have a strategy to achieve by 2030, which aims to eliminate viral hepatitis as a public health
problem, by reducing new viral hepatitis infections by 90% and reduce deaths due to viral hepatitis by 65%. We are
therefore looking for innovative, forward-thinking individuals who can help achieve the end goal of elimination.
