Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)

About the Role

The HLTA’s main role is to provide class cover support across the school, being able to teach and deliver a high

standard of teaching and learning to classes from Nursery to Year 6. You will need to have high expectations of the

pupil/s that you work with and yourself, with a determined approach to ensuring every child can succeed. You will join a

staff team who are fun, dedicated, hardworking and professional and you will have a strong CPL offer to support you in

this exciting role.We are looking to appoint someone who:Has a record of delivering high quality teaching and learning

in a primary school settingIs knowledgeable about the Primary National Curriculum and has taught a range of subjectsIs
