What skills and experience we're looking for
Hillcrest Academy are seeking to recruit an inspirational colleague to the role of a Higher Level Teaching Assistant to
be based within our Nursery. This role is of great importance to our work as an Academy. The successful candidate will
work under the direct instruction of teaching/senior staff to support access to learning for pupils and provide general
support to the teacher in the management of pupils and the classroom.
