Higher Level Teaching Assistant

About the Role

A secondary school within a multi-academy trust is seeking to appoint a Higher Level Learning Support Worker to join a

well-established and supportive SEND team. You will work closely with the SENDCO, Deputy SENDCO, SEND Manager and

Learning Support Assistants to support pupils with additional needs.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a

collaborative team where SEND support is well structured and valued.The successful candidate will: Be trained in autism

support Hold Team Teach training, or be willing to undertake this training Show initiative and confidence when working

independently Work effectively as part of a wider faculty and SEND team In return, the school offers: A clear induction
