About the Role

Under the hospital transformation programme (HTP), the Trauma and Orthopaedic ward is increasing its bed base at the

Royal Shrewsbury Hospital. This is an exciting time for therapies as it is allowing us to restructure and expand our

therapy team. We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Band 3 Therapy Support Worker to join our acute

inpatient therapy team. The post holder will work in the Trauma and Orthopaedic Team. The role also forms part of a team

of generic support workers who currently work between the Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy teams. The candidate

must have experience of working either within or alongside physiotherapy and/or occupational therapy and experience
