About the Role

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Occupational Therapist with a strong interest and experience in neurology,

and a passion for community service provision, to join the Tower Hamlets Community Neuro Team (THCNT). Based at Mile End

Hospital, you will be part of a large, friendly and highly successful multidisciplinary team delivering

neurorehabilitation to patients in their own homes, or on-site in the gym or clinic. The team comprises

Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech and Language Therapists, Clinical Psychologists, a Neuro Navigator and

Rehabilitation Support Workers, all working collaboratively to provide high-quality, patient-centred care.
