An exciting opportunity for a Highly Specialist Directorate Lead Pharmacist to join the team at the Wythenshawe site of

Manchester Foundation Trust. During this 2 year fixed term role you will be responsible for developing a high quality

patient focused clinical pharmacy service to the Cardiothoracic transplant out-patient department. You will contribute

to the medicine’s optimisation and medicines governance agenda across the MFT wide Cardiac division, and support the

Cardiothoracic in-patient ward when necessary.
