We are excited to be offering an exciting opportunity for a Highly Specialist Pharmacist in Paediatric Palliative Care

and Academic Link role. This unique role offers the successful candidate a combined position, working three days per

week within the Evelina London Pharmacy team and two days per week with the academic pharmacy team at King’s College

London university.

Provision of a clinical pharmacy service to the Evelina London Children’s Hospital Palliative care team
