We are seeking to appoint an experienced senior specialist palliative care Physiotherapist to work within the Community

Specialist Palliative Care service within Cheshire Wirral partnership. The palliative care service consists of

specialist Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapists, Therapy Assistant and Clinical Nurse specialists. The service is

based across the neighbourhood care group and sits within the Community care teams. This post holder will be based at

Custom House with Ellesmere Port West CCT.
