About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Band 7 to lead our Complex Needs Team of Speech and Language Therapists

and Speech and Language Therapy Assistants in a Special School in Crawley three days a week and to also workat a Social,

Emotional, Mental Health (SEMH) Special School in Littlehampton two days a week to lead the reintroduction of speech and

language therapy support into the school.

The role has a high clinical component and excellent clinical skills with at least 2 years experience in complex needs,

Autism and leadership are required. Experience in dysphagia is desirable, and training in this area could be funded and
