About the Role
The role is community-based, providing support and care to individuals in their own homes to enable them to live safely and independently. This includes personal care, medication assistance, and meal preparation.
Responsibilities
- Follow individualized care plans.
- Assist with getting in and out of bed.
- Help with washing, bathing, and dressing.
- Prepare meals, drinks, and snacks.
- Support with toileting and changing clothes.
- Assist with daily living tasks like cleaning and shopping.
- Adhere to health and safety policies.
Requirements
- Must be a driver.
- No qualifications or experience required.
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
- Ability to follow care plans and policies.

Compensation
Pay rates are £12.62 on weekdays and £12.80 on weekends, including a performance bonus. Mileage is reimbursed at 30p per mile.
Location & Schedule
Positions available in Southport, including Town Centre, Formby, Birkdale, and Ainsdale. Flexible hours with morning and evening shifts.
