About the Role

We are looking to recruit a permanent Home Care Support Worker to work within the Clement Court Extra Care Housing

Scheme.

Clement Court Extra Care Housing scheme provides Care and support to a number of individuals who live in their own

apartments within Clement Court.

You will work with an established team of carers placing emphasis on dignity and choice, promoting independence, and

supporting individuals with personal hygiene needs, preparing meals and taking medication.
