About the Role

The Care and Support Worker provides compassionate, person-centred care to service users in their own homes, supporting

all aspects of daily living to promote independence, dignity, and quality of life. Working mostly alone, you will

deliver non-discriminatory care that respects individual choices, needs, and preferences. Strong communication, empathy,

and a calm manner are essential. You will carefully observe and listen to service users, encourage independence, and

report any changes or concerns promptly to your line manager. Knowing when to seek advice is vital to ensure safety and

wellbeing.
