About the Role

JOB DESCRIPTION

The post holder will be responsible for maintaining a high quality intravenous antimicrobial therapy service within the

Southern Health and Social Care Trust as well as regionally as part of the Managed Clinical Network for Unscheduled

Care. The post holder will be expected to promote a consistent operational approach and governance framework and will

contribute to influencing all aspects of care and management of patients receiving Intravenous antimicrobial Therapy.

The post holder will be expected to maintain arrangements and systems to prevent inappropriate hospital admissions and
