About the Role

As a Care Home Manager, you will ensure high standards of care and compliance with legislation while managing staff and budgets effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain quality assurance in service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with legislation and registration.
  • Manage recruitment and staff performance.
  • Control budgets and maximize income.
  • Develop and implement business strategies.
  • Promote the care home within the community.
  • Support special projects and change initiatives.

Requirements

  • NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Health & Social Care.
  • Senior management experience in the care sector.
  • Experience managing staff directly.
  • Strong budget preparation skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities.

Compensation

The successful candidate will receive a salary of £75,000 per annum, with additional bonuses and benefits.

Location & Schedule

This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week in Canterbury, Kent.
