About the Role
As a Care Home Manager, you will ensure high standards of care and compliance with legislation while managing staff and budgets effectively.
Responsibilities
- Maintain quality assurance in service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with legislation and registration.
- Manage recruitment and staff performance.
- Control budgets and maximize income.
- Develop and implement business strategies.
- Promote the care home within the community.
- Support special projects and change initiatives.
Requirements
- NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Health & Social Care.
- Senior management experience in the care sector.
- Experience managing staff directly.
- Strong budget preparation skills.
- Excellent communication abilities.

Compensation
The successful candidate will receive a salary of £75,000 per annum, with additional bonuses and benefits.
Location & Schedule
This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week in Canterbury, Kent.
