About the Role
An exciting opportunity has emerged for a dedicated Home Manager to lead an exceptional nursing home in Norwich, Norfolk. As a key figure in this role, you will ensure high-quality, person-centred care for residents while managing staff and resources effectively. Your leadership will drive continuous improvement and uphold the home’s outstanding reputation in the healthcare sector.
Responsibilities
- Manage staff and resources for resident care
- Collaborate with Clinical Lead and healthcare teams
- Create and lead a vision for continuous improvement
- Liaise with residents, families, and professionals
- Ensure compliance with CQC standards
Requirements
- Registered Nurse with active NMC Pin
- Experience managing a care home
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Proven track record in marketing and business
- Passion for person-centred care development

Compensation
The successful Home Manager will receive an excellent salary of £55,000 per annum.
Location & Schedule
This is a permanent full-time role working 40 hours a week from 9am to 5pm.
