About the Role

Caring UK are looking for an experienced Home Manager for a nursing home based in Ashton-Under-Lyne.

As the Home Manager, you will have full responsibility for the service and you will be supported by the Governance and

Quality Assurance Managers, to improve/maintain care standards and the resident experience across the service.

This Home Manager position requires someone who enjoys a busy environment and can lead by example.

You will have excellent and proven leadership, organisational and business management skills to lead the team and meet

the needs of your external stakeholders.
