Home Manager (RGN) – £60,000 + Bonus
This nursing home provides care for older adults, including those living with dementia, and is currently operating at a
good standard with a Good CQC rating. The next manager will build on what’s already working, bringing steady, hands-on
leadership while working closely with a senior management team that offers guidance and support. This suits a confident
nurse leader who values teamwork, is open to input, and can build strong working relationships and maintain high care
standards.
