Home-Start Herefordshire Family Support Worker

About the Role

We are seeking to recruit a Family Support Worker to work primarily with families in our ‘Baby Steps’ project, which

provides direct support to care-experienced parents and parents-to-be (aged 16-25), who have specific parenting needs.

The successful candidate would also help with the planning and delivery of the ‘Baby Steps’ Family Group and provide

outreach support when needed.
