About the Role

We have an exciting vacancy for a GPhC‑registered Pharmacy Technician to join our Homecare Services team.

Pharmacy homecare services work with external homecare providers to supply patients with specialist medicines and

treatments directly to their homes. Where necessary, nurse training can also be included to support patients in using

their treatment safely and confidently.

In this innovative role, you’ll help coordinate safe, efficient, and patient‑centred care.

You will work closely with pharmacists, specialist clinicians, and external homecare providers to ensure patients
