programme to transform lives.We are looking to recruit a Homeless Resettlement Worker (known internally as a Support

Worker), who is motivated, person centred, keen to work as part of a team to deliver great results and ultimately make a

positive difference.Key Responsibilities:Promote choice by working in partnership with internal colleagues and external

stakeholders to meet the diverse needs of service users and break down barriers in accessing more permanent housing.Work
