About the Role
Applications are invited for a 1-year locally employed doctor post within the department of Acute General Medicine (AGM)
at the Horton Hospital. This post is an exciting opportunity for an energetic, forward-thinking trainee, who wishes to
develop higher level clinical skills in AGM within an active district general hospital, taking full advantage of the
links held with other Oxford teaching hospitals and university institutions. The post will be for 1 year in total
depending on a 3month probationary period to ensure that the job and person are the correct fit. By 3 months, we would
expect engagement in a training portfolio process with satisfactory work placed based assessments, as well as supportive
