About the Role

Dimensions and Limits of Authority The post holder will have responsibility and accountability for the day to day

operational management of hospice care and services and reports to the Planned Care Services Manager The post holder

will take line management and mentorship responsibilities as required by the service. Appropriate advice should be

sought from the Manager or HR Advisor Contribute to strategic service development in partnership with the clinical

leadership team To work autonomously ensuring personal accountability in accordance with the Nursing and Midwifery

Council (NMC) code of conduct. Qualification and Skills Level Clinical experience within complex health care Significant
