Hospital Social Worker, Camden 

We have a vacancy for an experienced hospital Social Worker to work at the Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust (RFL)

in the Emergency Department and Medical Assessment and Admission wards for 3 days a week (Friday/Saturday/Sunday).  

This post is to extend the Social Work support to the RFH for a period of 3 months. The purpose of the role is to work

as a member of the Discharge Team, (medics, nurses and therapists) assessing patients who present at the weekend in the

Emergency Department or who have been admitted to the wards. The aim is to prevent admission, re-admission, and reduce
