Hospital Support Worker

About the Role

Join our dedicated hospital aftercare service team and make a real difference every day. We’re looking for a reliable,

caring individual to help transport patients home from hospital and provide practical support in the home after

discharge. Full training provided and shift work available. No planned personal care required.

You will be required to take clients home, from MK University hospital, either in your own car or our Patient Wheelchair

Accessible vehicle, from Acute and Community Beds, settling them in and assessing their need for any further referrals

for assistance. To provide short term domestic and social support services within a client’s home. To apply for this
