A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Hospitality Manager at a leading care home in Thetford, Norfolk. This role focuses on delivering exceptional service to residents, managing food operations, and fostering a positive work environment.
Responsibilities

- Ensure residents receive exceptional experiences and care.
- Manage food service operations with the executive chef.
- Develop engaging activities tailored to residents' interests.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Requirements
- Experience in hospitality management is essential.
- Excellent people management and motivational skills.
- Strong communication skills with diverse stakeholders.
- Knowledge of food service operations and dietary needs.
- Understanding of older people's needs and interests.
- Budget management experience is preferred.

Compensation
The successful Hospitality Manager will receive an excellent salary of £30,000 per annum.
Location & Schedule
This is a permanent full-time role working 40 hours a week from 9am-5pm.
