About the Role
Newbury Racecourse is seeking a Hospitality Sales Executive to enhance our sales team. This role involves maximizing revenue through proactive client engagement, managing accounts, and delivering exceptional customer experiences during racedays.
Responsibilities
- Represent Newbury Racecourse to potential clients
- Convert incoming enquiries for hospitality services
- Manage and grow existing client accounts
- Generate new leads for customer portfolio enhancement
- Prepare accurate proposals and contracts
- Update booking systems for sales forecasting
- Coordinate with catering for exceptional service delivery
Requirements
- Experience in sales, preferably in hospitality or sports
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Motivated and enthusiastic about the role
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills
- Proactive attitude towards client engagement
