Host - Edinburgh

About the Role

As Host, you will help deliver a smooth and welcoming dining experience each day. You will prepare the dining rooms for

lunch and dinner, ensuring tables are set and the environment is inviting. You will maintain clean and well organised

storage areas, including fridges and cupboards, ensuring food is correctly stored, labelled and rotated. You will update

menu displays daily and provide meals and refreshments to residents and visitors, offering assistance where needed and

working closely with care staff. You will maintain regular communication with the Head Chef, support new staff during

induction and follow all company policies and food safety procedures.
