House Parent (Bank Staff)

About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic, proactive and caring individuals to join our boarding team as bank staff. This role is

well suited for anyone who is interested in working within education or the caring professions such as nursing or

medicine, or anyone with experience in these areas and finds working with young people rewarding.

This flexible, “as required” role providing cover during peak periods and for absences and offers the chance to make a

real difference in the lives of our students while working within a warm, collaborative team. You’ll work flexibly

across shifts of up to 8.5 hours between 7am and 11pm, with the option of sleep-in duties between 11pm and 7am.
