About the Role

· Support clinical staff by addressing the non-clinical needs of the patients in achieving an excellent level of

customer service, by ensuring that the patient environment is a welcoming, clean, comfortable, and safe.

· Supporting the Senior Sister, Charge Nurse and Ward Staff in maintaining the ward environment, liaise closely with the

Facilities Service Manager and the Estates Help Desk, ensuring that all issues pertaining to the patients’ environment

and needs are dealt with efficiently.

• 1. To work with the domestic staff allocated to your ward(s) to ensure that there is a high standard of cleanliness.
