About the Role

The Housekeeper plays a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment within Paediatrics. This

position supports the clinical team by ensuring hygiene standards are upheld, equipment is maintained and cleaned

according to policy, and supplies are appropriately managed. The housekeeper also contributes to patient care by

assisting with meal service and supporting effective communication between patients, staff, and visitors.

The housekeeper will work with the Nurse in Charge of the unit ensuring that all visitors are welcomed and that

excellence in customer care and front of house services are provided. This role will support nursing staff but will not
