About the Role
This role as a Housing Project Support Worker involves supporting refugees and asylum seekers at risk of homelessness. You will manage housing properties, ensuring they are safe and welcoming while assisting residents with tenancy-related needs and resolving housing issues.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular property inspections and coordinate maintenance
- Support residents with housing-related issues and community living
- Manage safety standards, utilities, furnishings, and cleanliness
- Liaise with contractors, landlords, and other stakeholders
- Facilitate smooth transitions for new residents, including viewings
Requirements
- Highly organized with excellent communication skills
- Empathetic and proactive with a hands-on approach
- Experience in housing or working with vulnerable groups is desirable

Compensation
Salary is £13,814 for 18.5 hours, with potential for increased hours.
Location & Schedule
