Housing Support Coach - Young Person's Support Worker

About the Role

You’ll provide support and advice to young people who have experienced homelessness and other forms of social exclusion.

You’ll work with the team to manage the day-to-day running of the young person’s 24/7 supported accommodation scheme and

be the first point of contact for customers and visitors.

* Support customers to move into the service, completing detailed and thorough sign-ups to make sure young people know

the rights and responsibilities of themselves and Concrete.
