About the Role

Location: YMCA Rugeley Housing, Church St, WS15 2WH

YMCA are looking for experienced individuals, with the motivation to see young people thrive, to join our dynamic and

supportive housing team. These people will support our Housing Services Manager to ensure the provision of high-quality,

person-centred support to our residents.

The role will include, but will not be limited to:

Engaging with young people identifying their passions, aspirations and removing barrier that prevent them from achieving
