Could you be the steady hand and friendly face that helps young people in Carmarthen take their next big step toward

independence?

We are looking to recruit a Support Worker (24hrs pw plus paid sleep in shifts available) to be based in our 24/7

supported housing projects in Carmarthen, providing emotional & practical support (no personal care) for young men and

women aged 16-24 with high level complex needs. The end goal is for the young people to move on into their own

accommodation.
