Housing Support Worker (32hrs pw) - Carmarthen

About the Role

We are looking to recruit a Support Worker (32hrs pw plus paid sleep in shifts) to be based in our 24/7 supported

housing projects in Carmarthen, providing emotional & practical support (no personal care) for young men and women aged

16-24 with high level complex needs. The end goal is for the young people to move on into their own accommodation.

Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.

Shifts will cover days, afternoons, evenings, weekends & sleep in shifts (additional payments made for sleep ins) on a

rota basis.
