Housing Support Worker (37 hrs pw) - Rhondda Cynon Taff

About the Role

We are looking to recruit a full-time Support Worker (37hrs pw plus paid sleep in shifts) to be based in our 24/7

supported housing projects in the Pontypridd area, providing emotional & practical support (no personal care) for young

men and women aged 16-24 with high level complex needs. The end goal is for the young people to move on into their own

accommodation.

Shifts will include days, afternoons, evenings, weekends & sleep ins.

Experience in a similar role is desirable.
