Housing support Worker

About the Role

We are seeking a Housing Support Worker to provide person-centered support to vulnerable adults to help them secure,

maintain, and sustain their tenancy and live independently. This role focuses on providing practical empowering

assistance, emotional support, and advice to clients who may be homeless, at risk of homelessness, or have complex

support needs (e.g., mental health, substance misuse, learning disabilities, or a history of offending). The ultimate

goal is to build the client's resilience and move them towards full independence and integration within their community.
