HR Advisor - CIPD level or working towards
The HR Advisor will provide a comprehensive, professional, and legally compliant HR advisory service across a portfolio
of nursing homes. The role has a specific focus on UKVI sponsor licence compliance , oversight of Certificates of
Sponsorship (CoS) , and the accuracy, integrity, and audit-readiness of personnel records , alongside core employee
relations responsibilities.
