About the Role
ABOUT THE ROLE WE ARE SEEKING AN EXPERIENCED AND PROACTIVE HR & FINANCE OFFICER TO JOIN OUR BUSY NHS GP PRACTICE. THIS
IS A KEY ROLE SUPPORTING THE GP PARTNERS AND PRACTICE LEAD IN DELIVERING HIGH-QUALITY, COMPLIANT, AND FINANCIALLY
SUSTAINABLE PRIMARY CARE SERVICES. THE VACANCY IS PART-TIME, WORKING 24 HOURS A WEEK. THE POST HOLDER WILL BE
RESPONSIBLE FOR OVERSEEING HR PROCESSES, WORKFORCE GOVERNANCE, NHS CONTRACTUAL COMPLIANCE, AND FINANCIAL MONITORING
WITHIN THE PRACTICE. THIS ROLE REQUIRES STRONG ORGANISATIONAL SKILLS, ATTENTION TO DETAIL, AND THE ABILITY TO INTERPRET
